Delivery Methods and Shipping Prices

By PPL parcel service within the Czech Republic – maximum weight per parcel, including packaging: 21.5 kg.

• Delivery of one parcel up to 21.5 kg to an address by PPL: CZK 130
• Delivery of one parcel to a collection point (Parcelshop, ParcelBox): CZK 95

• Please note! If a PPL shipment contains ceramic clay, a handling surcharge of CZK 30 is added to the flat shipping charge for each 9–10 kg pack.
• We require payment by bank transfer in advance.
• Only two 9–10 kg packs of clay can be sent in one parcel.
• Clay is always sent in a separate parcel from other ordered goods.
• If a shipment contains plaster moulds, kiln shelves and kiln posts, a CZK 100 handling surcharge for packing fragile goods is added to the flat shipping charge
• Dividing glazes (Welte, Carl Jaeger, BSZ) into 0.5 kg packs incurs a charge of CZK 20 per glaze.

Delivery by van

• Delivery of goods weighing 100 kg or more within the Czech Republic is arranged individually. For delivery prices, call 283 891 990.
• Delivery within the Czech Republic for 100–1800 kg is charged by distance, not weight (CZK 500–1300).
• Ceramic kilns are delivered FREE (within the Czech Republic) as part of our complimentary sales service, which also includes documented operator instruction.
• FREE delivery for goods valued over CZK 30,000 (within the Czech Republic)
