A pottery workshop for functional ceramics, an artist's studio or a generously equipped school studio

for a professional artist skilled in several techniques, or a sheltered workshop serving 30 or more clients daily… It supports full production of functional and decorative ceramics, including handbuilding, wheel throwing and casting in plaster moulds. With minor adjustments, it can also serve as a practical workshop for vocational, arts or secondary schools. The clay bodies and decorating materials are selected for a normal firing range of 1050–1120°C.
